Red Earth Ferments is based just outside of Exeter in Devon at Shillingford Organics.

We produce artisan vegetable ferments with a focus on local food and organically farmed ingredients.

We also run regular workshops and classes to teach people to ferment. These classes are seasonally focused, with an emphasis on understanding our local food chain.
